I'm gonna do it!

I'll be marching with 1,000 other fans, in a skeleton costume and carrying a live torch, no less, next Saturday, Oct. 27, in Oklahoma City's Ghouls Gone Wild parade.
Wayne Coyne and the Flaming Lips will be the grand marshals in what organizers are claiming is the the first-ever Halloween parade for the city. The event celebrates Oklahoma arts and artists -- with thousands of costumed revelers in tow.
I will post pix, etc. on my blog next week.
The parade and event is free and open to the public. Parade routes, etc. are available on the official website (link is below), and it starts at 7 p.m.
