Philbrook has announced via its Facebook page that it will be closed because of the inclement weather, and that the scheduled Third Thursday event this evening has been cancelled.

Gilcrease, on the other hand, is open today -- although getting there might be an "experience," given the hilly roads that lead to the museum.

But Gilcrease endeavors to be a full-service museum, so it posted to its Facebook page a video slideshow of winter-related images for stay-at-homes and others unable to visit the museum personally may enjoy.

And if you're experiencing too much winter, slide shows of other seasonally specific art from the Gilcrease collection are also available through the museum's Vimeo site.
