Since 2004, we've been watching Google track Santa as he makes his deliveries to each city on Christmas Eve. Previously, this required using Google Earth, but this year they've decided to push through a new algorithm that allows the use of Google Maps to keep up with Santa. And that's only the beginning!
In addition to being able to track Santa as he makes his merry way around the world, Google also treats you to a visit to Santa's Village, where you can play games, watch the reindeer and elves prep for the big night and even arrange for a special phone call from Santa to your child.
Google is also giving us more options to keep up with Santa, with a
Google Chrome extension, an Android App, plus you can get the latest updates on his trip by following Google Maps on
Google+,
Facebook and
Twitter.
