Great Divide beer dinner Tuesday at McNellie's Pub

Blackened ribeye and maple sweet potato mash paired with 18th-Anniversary Wood-Aged Double IPA from Denver's Great Divide Brewing Co. will highlight a dinner scheduled 7 p.m. Tuesday at McNellie's Pub, 409 E. First St.

Chef Jason Ashing has put together a five-course dinner paired with five Great Divide beers.

In addition to the ribeye, other courses include a trio of fresh summer salsas paired with Hades Belgian-Style Golden Ale, ginger-carrot soup with Denver Pale Ale, paella with a malty Claymore Scotch Ale, and vanilla bean creme caramel with Yeti Imperial Stout.

Cost of the dinner is $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity. For reservations, email tiffany@mcnellies.com.
