My friend Colleen told me about a dessert that I can't wait to grill.
Yes, grill.
Inspired by nectarines, she cut them in half, removed the pits, brushed with a little melted butter, sprinkled with brown sugar and grilled them face down for 5 minutes. Yum.
But wait. It's even better than that. Take them off the grill and then fill the centers with a scoop of plain Greek yogurt, and drizzle with honey.
I've had enough ice cream and cobbler for one summer. These grilled nectarines sound just like what I want to eat right now.
