National hamburger chain Mooyah has opened at 6921 S. Lewis Ave.
The company motto is "Mooyah is just burgers," and that's pretty accurate.
Customers fill out an order form when they enter and may choose among a Mooyah (beef) burger, turkey burger, veggie burger, hot dog, french fries, sweet potato fries, shakes and soft drinks. That's it.
Burgers come with a choice of white bread bun, wheat bun or lettuce wrap; 17 free toppings, and eight extra-charge toppings that include five cheeses, bacon, avocado and fried onion strings. Base price for burgers is $5.25, and extra-charge toppings range from 75 cents to 95 cents.
Mooyah started in Plano, Texas, five years ago, and the Tulsa store is the 37th in the chain.
Ken Ferriabough is owner, and Don Grimes is general manager.
Mooyah is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. It is located on the east side of Lewis Avenue, across the parking lot from Panera Bread.
The phone number is 918-938-7077.

Yes, that particular location is difficult to get in and out of, though I've visited the Panera there several times.

No beer?
Sounds almost exactly like the menu at Fat Guy's. Same prices even.
Sounds like another company has misread the Tulsa market. I wish them well, hope those section 8 people next door love hamburgers.
