In Thursday review of Hugo's diner in Jenks, I noted that manager Evelyn Phipps thought the restaurant was maybe 17 to 18 years old, but she was not certain of its background.
She said she heard that it once was associated with the Hugo's in Claremore, and that is a reasonable assumption.
Does anyone know when Hugo's opened in Jenks, and who were the original owners?
