The Broken Arrow Jack in the Box opened last summer.

When the doors open at 9 a.m. Monday, the first 500 guests inside will receive a gift at the newest Tulsa-area Jack in the Box, located at 4840 S. Yale Ave.

The dining room can accommodate 63 diners, and the menu features grilled sandwiches, sirloin burgers and ice cream shakes, plus value items such as two tacos for 99 cents.

The full Jack in the Box menu, including breakfast, is offered 24/7 every day for both the drive-through and dining-room service.

Does Jack In the Box really "grill" anything? LOL

Today my husband and I went to Jack in the Box for lunch. We were very disappointed in the food. The meat was precooked, the burger was put together like a 2 year old had prepared it. The fries were cold and the onion rings were over oooked and dry. I don't think we will be returning for a second visit. We had been anticipating the opening for several weeks and it was so disappointing.

Is it just me, or does anyone else remember when the last JINB folded at 51st and Memorial back in the mid-80's? The franchisee was selling horse meat. That is why they haven't been back in OK in all of this time.

22034 - I suspect your visit was typical.
