American Idol starlet and pop singing sensation
Kelly Clarkson has been in Oklahoma.
She recently spent time at Norman’s
Blackwatch Studios to record demos with her side project,
Already Famous, multiple sources report. She's enlisted back-up singers Jill Pickering and Kate Rapier for the project.
She’s been working with Fort Worth musician and producer
Will Hunt, who plays on the album.
The work is co-produced by
Chad Copelin (at Blackwatch) and
Aben Eubanks (wrote Clarkson’s hit “Sober”), Hunt told dfw.com. No release date has been given for the Already Famous project.
In the meantime, her latest solo album, “Stronger,” will be released on Oct. 25.
