Zahidah and Bill Hyman of Keo restaurant, 3524 S. Peoria Ave., will be opening a second location next year in south Tulsa.
"We have signed a lease for a second location at 88th (Street) and Yale (Avenue)," Bill Hyman said. "The projected opening is in the middle of next year. The shopping center has not been built yet, but it will be called Tuscana on Yale."
Zahidah Hyman, born in Cambodia, is known for her exquisite and inventive dishes that draw from Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Thai, Indian and French cuisines.
