iTunes music recap is now out, and alternative rock act
Kings of Leon, featuring Oklahoma-born brothers
Nathan and
Matthew Followill, tops this year's overall "Album of the Year" and "
Best Alternative Album" lists.
Wrote iTunes about the KoL album: It's "sexed up rock 'n' roll with soul."
"Best New Artist" went to
Lady GaGa. "She's a singular voice in dance pop with songs that break records and outfits that make headlines," the Apple music retailer reports.
