Little Black Dress is having a sale you should check out TODAY!

*******Chrome Clothing Co., 1338 E. 15th St.*******
On Friday and Saturday, Chrome will offer 25 percent off new merchandise, plus an extra 25 percent off already reduced stuff. You'll see new arrivals from Blank NYC, Howe, Winter Kate, Big Star and Glam. Expect other deals on 7 Diamonds, AG Adriano Goldschmied, Commonwealth, J Brand, Project E, Stone Rose, True Religion and William Rast. For more, call Chrome, 585-2828.

NEED A SNACK? Camille's Sidewalk Cafe is just around the corner. I suggest the Hail Caesar! Natu-Wrap or the Peach Paradise smoothie.

*******Little Black Dress, 1325 E. 15th St.*******
In addition to hosting her fall preview, delightful store owner Kelly Mize is also offering 40 percent all spring and summer items, as well as 40 percent off all purses. She also has denim pieces for $19.99 each, a table of $9.99 stuff and a rack of Tulsa-designed Zinke lingerie that's 50 percent off -- a total steal! For more, call Kelly, 583-1500

NEED A SNACK? Sneak next door and be bad with the Loaded Fries (bacon, cheese and chives, oh-my!) or ... Screw it, be bad s'more with the House Made Macaroni and Cheese.

*******Restoration Hardware at Utica Square*******
The store is hosting its summer bath event, with up to 25 percent off standard bath items. Also, clearance bath items are 50-60 percent off -- plus an additional 10 percent off now through Aug. 22, a sales associate told me. For more, call Restoration Hardware, 745-0928.

NEED A SNACK? Burn off the impending calories by running across the parking lot -- just look both ways, please -- to Queenie's for (I'm totally projecting my own desires here) the chicken salad sandwich and/or a cookie. Ooooh, or that Cheese Dream sandwich. And what's that flourless chocolate cake/tort thing they have that's slap-ya-mama good? Mmm ...

Peace, love and snack/shopping ... XOXO

Living Wright

While other kids were watching "The Smurfs," Scene Writer Jason Ashley Wright was tuned in to "Style with Elsa Klensch." By fourth grade, he knew he wanted to write, and spent almost three years publishing a weekly teen-oriented magazine, Teen-Zine -- circulation: 2. After earning a degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi, he became the medical reporter and teen board coordinator for the Hattiesburg (Miss.) American, a Gannett newspaper. Eight months later, with visions of Elsa dancing in his head, he applied for the fashion writer position at the Tulsa World, where he began working on Aug. 3, 1998. He is now a general assignment reporter for Scene.
