Courtesy CBS Ashton Kutcher is one crafty actor, make that businessman.

I'm not a big fan of the sitcom, "Two and a Half Men" -- not because of the controversy or because I'm disgusted with Charlie Sheen -- but simply because it doesn't interest me.

But that said, I cannot escape the daily news surrounding the show's new star, Ashton Kutcher. All the gossip about his marriage to Demi Moore aside, this tidbit does interest me:

In scenes from the second episode of this season's show, Kutcher's character is seen using a laptop adorned with stickers of tech company logos the actor personally invested in.

Wonder how CBS feels about that? Did it really slip past the editing room?

And the New York Times has reported that Kutcher could already be in hot water -- and investigated by the feds -- for a guest-editing job he had for Details magazine in August:
"When he served as guest editor of an online-only version of Details magazine, he failed to fully disclose his investments in Internet companies profiled in the issue. And that could draw questions from federal authorities," according to the Times.

Sooooo, why does this matter? I don't know, but I do find it interesting that he's made a career out of being a goofy, IQ-challenged character, when he's actually making some pretty bold business decisions.

Maybe there's more to the Kutcher than meets the eye?
What do you think about these moves -- will it influence whether or not you watch his show?
