Michael Fusco takes chef's job at Wolfgang Puck Bistro. TOM GILBERT/Tula World
Longtime Tulsa chef and restaurateur Michael Fusco has been named executive chef at Wolfgang Puck Bistro, 3330 S. Peoria Ave.
“I’ve been busy reorganizing the kitchen, hiring some new people and getting the fall menu in place,” Fusco said. “I expect everything to be in top shape by next week.”
Fusco is best known for his previous work at Michael Fusco’s Riverside Grill, Flavors and Bodean Seafood. He came to Tulsa from the East Coast in 1986 to take the chef’s job at Bodean Seafood and has been a high-profile chef ever since.
“I felt this was a great opportunity to work at Wolfgang Puck,” Fusco said. “I’m really excited about the coming months.”
