More restaurant plans for Valentine's Day

These restaurants submitted their plans for Valentine's Day after the deadline to be included in the roundup in Thursday's Weekend section:

The owners of Minuteman Pizza Parlor, Jessy and Travis Lawley, will be handing out roses to the ladies AND celebrating their first wedding anniversary. The restaurant is located at 7 W. 41st St., Sand Springs (Prattville).

Keo, 3524 S. Peoria Ave., 918-794-8200, in addition to its regular menu, will be offering a prix fixe dinner of curried shrimp with Star Lane sauvignon blanc, filet mignon with Shinas Estate The Verdict cabernet sauvignon, and chocolate lava cake with Voli espresso martini for $60, or $35 without the wines.

Here's a good one. Guests who purchase one entree at any Tulsa-area Qdoba restaurant then share a kiss at the cash register with a "significant other, friend, family member or even an understanding stranger" will receive a second entree of equal or lesser value free. It does stress the kissing partner must be "willing."

Yokozuna, 309 E. Second St., and Brady Tavern, 201 N. Main St., have added special dishes for Valentine's Day. At Yokozuna, they are porkbelly-wrapped tenderloin with miso butter accompanied by a 5-ounce lobster tail and a chocolate spring roll. At Brady Tavern, they are a 24-ounce porterhouse for two with grilled shrimp and bleeding chocolate heart. Reservations at yokozunatulsa.com and lindsey@bradytavern.com.

The Dust Bowl, 211 S. Elgin Ave., is offering a two for $14 special. It includes shoe rentals, two burgers, two orders of tots, two Miller High Lifes and a box of candy hearts for $14 (lane rental and gratuity not included). As the newsletter says, "Nothing says I love you like bowling, burgers, tots and High Life."

Famous Dave's BBQ, 8247 E. 71st St., is offering an All-American Feast for two for $29.99. The feast will include six St. Louis-style ribs, half a roasted chicken, a third meat of your choice, two side items, fries, two pieces corn on the cob, two cornbread muffins and choice of bread pudding or Kahlua fudge brownie for two.
