Yeah, right! Like they'd let me tell ya that on here. Or maybe they would, I'm just too skeered to ask.

Whatever, as it's been umpteen years or something since I've hollered at you via blog, I thought, "Hmm, I'll holler." So here ya go.

Not much to say, just wanted to urge you to, in case you haven't already, GO VOTE!!! I don't have a motive behind it or anything but ... OK, that was totally a lie. I most assuredly DO have a motive, and it's this: I don't want to be the only one walking around tomorrow wearing his voting sticker, which really makes wardrobing difficult in fall because almost everything in my closet is gray or black, and what little blue I have TOTALLY clashes with the blue in the usual flag-wavin' sticker. It has a flag, right?

Joking aside, go vote. Tell your mama to go vote. Tell everyone who'll pretend to listen to you to vote, as well. And make a day of it! Have breakfast/lunch/dinner/cocktails or whatever before and/or after. Maybe after's better in case you indulge in the last option in my BLDC list.

While other kids were watching "The Smurfs," Scene Writer Jason Ashley Wright was tuned in to "Style with Elsa Klensch." By fourth grade, he knew he wanted to write, and spent almost three years publishing a weekly teen-oriented magazine, Teen-Zine -- circulation: 2. After earning a degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi, he became the medical reporter and teen board coordinator for the Hattiesburg (Miss.) American, a Gannett newspaper. Eight months later, with visions of Elsa dancing in his head, he applied for the fashion writer position at the Tulsa World, where he began working on Aug. 3, 1998. He is now a general assignment reporter for Scene.
