New Jimmy's Egg opens in Tulsa area

Jason Proust, area development partner, recently opened his third Jimmy's Egg restaurant in the Tulsa area.

The new restaurant is located at 3202 S. Memorial Drive and is open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. seven days a week.

Proust, a former corporate chef, said he plans to open seven additional Jimmy's Egg restaurants in this area. He said he has had the Tulsa territory for about a year.

Jimmy's Egg has operated here off and on in several locations for more than 15 years.

The other Jimmy's Egg stores are located at 3948 S. Peoria Ave. and 4850 W. Kenosha St., Broken Arrow.

I never had a memorable meal at a Jimmy's Egg. Don't waste your time or money going there.

How can you screw up breakfast food? Go to Jimmy's Egg and discover for yourself.

I can't even get my kid to go back there.
