New updates available for Tulsa World iPad and iPhone apps

More than 120 stories are posted each day on the iPhone app.

We have rolled out another round of improvements and features for our Apple apps that are now available for subscribers.

On both the iPhone and iPad apps, you can now:

-- View the live weather radar provided by the Tulsa office of the National Weather Service over 4G. It used to be only available over wireless.

-- Use the high school scoreboard, which posts scores from around the metro area. It's available online as well at tulsaworld.com/scoreboard.

-- Check out Scott Cherry's Restaurant Guide, which lets you easily search by keyword, cuisines, locations and food ratings. It's also available online at tulsaworld.com/cherrypicks.

Those who have a Kindle Fire will be happy to know we are now working on an app optimized for it. It will be included with our package of digital products available to subscribers.

If you have any problems with the update or ever have questions about our digital products, contact me at jason.collington@tulsaworld.com.
