Justin Timberlake found love in a meatless place after a Saturday Night Live sketch

Justin Timberlake brought sexy to Veganville.

The singer/actor/five-time Saturday Night Live host reprised his popular SNL character - a costumed street performing advertiser tormenting other sidewalk solicitors.

Dressed as a square of tofu, Timberlake praised the virtues of going meatless in pop song parodies and finished each with “Bring it on down to Veganville.”

Social media is lighting up with JT love from vegans and vegetarians, who are praising the work for promoting their culinary choices.

Some highlights from the sketch:

“Ah, veg out/No meat/C’est chic,” to Chic’s “Le Freak.”

“Brown rice, baby/unmilled/unmilled,” to “Ice, Ice Baby” by Vanilla Ice.

“We found love in a meatless place,” to Rihanna’s “We Found Love in a Hopeless Place.

“Thinking about my health,” to Billy Idol’s “Dancing with Myself.”

It all came to an end with the “Harlem Shake,” which is surely toward the end of its trendy run.

Response on Twitter, #Veganville includes:

“SNL changing perception!” @GoLoveVegan

“Happy Monday, do something healthy today,” @Therese Vinal

“A love letter to veganism,” @BigCityVegan

Plus, a couple of links to meatless recipes.
