Victoria's Secret just whispered to me via email (we're tight, in case ya didn't know) that Oklahoma State has been added to the exclusive PINK Collegiate Collection as the Class of 2009.

After receiving more than 10 million votes for hundreds of different schools through its "Nominate Your School" program on www.vspink.com, VS PINK has chosen the 24 new schools that will be added to the PINK Collegiate Collection.

As of June 22, more than 50 universities across the country will be included in the PINK Collegiate Collection, which is comprised of a variety of items -- fleece pants, hoodies, tees, shorts, dresses and flipflops. Starting today, a new school will be announced each day on www.vspink.com leading up to the online product launch on June 22.

Launched in 2004, Victoria's Secret PINK is a lifestyle collection for young women. Its Collegiate Collection was launched in July '08 and is an exclusive assortment of collegiate co-branded merchandise that features VS PINK's brand iconography along with the names and logos of the top universities.

The collection will be available June 22 in 750 stores and online at www.victoriassecret.com.

While other kids were watching "The Smurfs," Scene Writer Jason Ashley Wright was tuned in to "Style with Elsa Klensch." By fourth grade, he knew he wanted to write, and spent almost three years publishing a weekly teen-oriented magazine, Teen-Zine -- circulation: 2. After earning a degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi, he became the medical reporter and teen board coordinator for the Hattiesburg (Miss.) American, a Gannett newspaper. Eight months later, with visions of Elsa dancing in his head, he applied for the fashion writer position at the Tulsa World, where he began working on Aug. 3, 1998. He is now a general assignment reporter for Scene.
