Oysters Four Ways is a traditional favorite at Bodean Seafood, and because the restaurant has proclaimed this Oyster Month, this is a good time to spotlight that decadent appetizer. It is one of my favorite apps ever.
It features four Gulf oysters broiled four different ways for $11:
1. Rockefeller -- bacon, spinach, cream cheese, Pernod and Parmesan cheese.
2. Pepperado -- serrano peppers and bread crumbs.
3. Casino -- bacon, bell peppers, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
4. Irish -- Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, Bushmill's Irish whiskey and Parmesan cheese.
Also, note that oysters on the half shell for dinner in the lounge are $1.50 each the remainder of October.
