The Polo Grill, a longtime fine-dining spot in Utica Square Shopping Center, 21st Street and Utica Avenue, will stay open until 11 p.m. during the run of the U.S. National Arabian and Half-Arabian Championship Horse Show at Expo Square.
The show began Friday and runs through Oct. 27.
"The U.S. Nationals has been a big boom to the Tulsa economy for the past five years, and we decided we needed to make it a little more convenient for those guests who are having a late event to still be able to sit down and have a nice dinner," said Polo Grill general manager Michael Funk.
About 1,800 horses have been registered for this year’s show.
Admission is free for the first six days, then $10 for adults and $7.50 for students and seniors Oct. 25-27. Ages 12 and younger are free.
