Celebrity Attractions is bringing the ensemble Mannheim Steamroller to Tulsa Nov. 24-25, and tickets can be purchased now through a special presale event.
Just go to tulsaworld.com/mytix, select Mannheim Steamroller from the list of events, and enter the word "Christmas" when asked for the Coupon code.
The Chip Davis-led Mannheim Steamroller had been in existence since 1975, when it released "Fresh Aire," which established the ensemble's trademark mix of classical melodies, rock rhythms and multiple layers of acoustic and electronic sound.
But the group really became popular with the release of its "Mannheim Steamroller Christmas" in 1984, highlighted by the energetic take on "Deck the Halls."
