A good many, let's say, mature folks around town might perk up when they hear Admiral Onassis tenderloin of beef, pommes gratinee a la Daulphinois and salmon papillotte -- all dishes from Tulsa's first gourmet restaurant, the Razor Clam.
Rick Kamp, the Razor Clam's first executive chef, will be reproducing those dishes and others at a dinner at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Rick's Cafe Americain, 3324 E. 31st St. Appropriate wines will be served with each course.
The cost is $60 and there still is time to sign up today. For reservations, call 742-1076.
