A little nibble that I didn't get in today's review in the Weekend section of the new Sage Rage Melt Bar is a contest the melted cheese sandwich restaurant is having to connect a name to one of its desserts.

The dessert features housemade chevre (goat cheese) and fresh berries in a croissant with a balsamic glaze on top. If you haven't tasted a Sage Rage item with a balsamic glaze, then you have missed something special.

Probably the best way to enter the contest is through its Facebook page at Sage Culinary Studio, or go by the restaurant at 3746 S. Peoria Ave. It's open 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.
