Sandwiches for $1 at Jimmy John's Thursday

The Jimmy John’s Sandwich Shop chain is celebrating three of its Tulsa area locations by throwing a grand opening celebration on Oct. 11.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Jimmy John’s will be selling their gourmet sandwiches for $1.

The three restaurants are at 1931 S. Yale Ave., 3543 S. Peoria Ave. and 2311 W. Kenosha St. in Broken Arrow.

Only one sandwich per customer.

Two of the locations opened this year and the first location at 19th and Yale opened last year.

The sandwich in the photo doesn't have nearly enough lunchmeat. I'll stick with Bill & Ruth's. They pile it on.

Always a day late and a dollar short.

If I had seen this sooner, I would probably have stopped and bought one.

I usually stop and grab a sandwich, from somewhere, to take with me when I head to Skelly. I always check on line for coupons or specials. Makes for a cheap lunch.
