Sara Moulton coming to Tulsa

Just learned some exciting news for all you foodies.

Sara Moulton is coming to Tulsa in May. She'll be doing two cooking demonstrations at Savory Chef, 8283 S. Memorial Drive. Food samples will be given and a book signing will take place afterward.

The events are set for 6:30 to 9 p.m. May 6 and 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 7. The cost is $45 per person. Seating is limited and reservations are recommended.

Moulton was one of the Food Network's first stars with her shows "Cooking Live" and "Cooking Live Primetime." She's now the host of "Sarah's Secrets" on PBS and the food editor for and frequent guest on "Good Morning America."

She was the executive chef of Gourmet magazine from 1987 until the magazine folded in October 2009. She is also the author of several cookbooks including the recently published "Sara's Everyday Family Dinners."
