Sarah Jessica Parker is back in Vogue in Thursday's "Glee."

The former "Sex and the City" star, whose Carrie Bradshaw wrote for Vogue in both the TV series and the movie, is working for the iconic fashion magazine in her guest spot on Fox's "Glee." It airs at 8 p.m. Thursday on Fox.

In the episode, Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer) applies for an internship with Vogue.com and is interviewed by Isabelle Klempt (Parker), "Urban Show Myth" scene in "SATC."

Parker, who starred in "Annie" on Broadway, also performs a mash-up of the classic "Annie" song "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile" and "The Way You Look Tonight," according to broadway.com.

She sings the number as she performing a makeover on Rachel (series star Lea Michele) with the help of Kurt (Colfer).

"It's not like Carrie Bradshaw," the actress told Vogue.com about her style on the Ryan Murphy comedy.

"It's fashion, but it's not crazy and eccentric. We're doing very strong, simple shifts. It's sexy, hard, and facilitative."

However, the magazine did help dress the character, using pieces from Prabal Gurung, Altuzarra, Belstaff, and Fendi, reported the website.

Rita Sherrow grew up with TV. Yes, it was the ever-present “sister” from another techno mother. At first look, it was instant "Like." From then on, the TV had to be on in every room while she studied, elementary school through college. An Air Force brat, she attended school in three states (Oklahoma, Montana and Georgia) and two foreign countries (Germany and Bermuda) and graduated from Broken Arrow High School and the University of Tulsa with a degree in journalism/advertising. She first interned in the advertising world but, when a J-School professor (who also covered politics for the Tulsa World) offered her an internship at the newspaper, she took him up on it. The rest is history. She has served as bridal editor, senior features writer for the women’s section, food editor and is television editor of the Tulsa World. In addition to writing about TV shows and interviewing the stars for “Scene” stories, she also writes a TV column for Weekend and produces the Sunday TV World listings magazine.
