Save the date for these upcoming events

Just Between Friends begins March 4.
Sesame Street Live takes over the BOK the last week in March.
Mark your calendars, grab your phones, it's time to save the date for some upcoming events.
February is typically a ho-hum month when it comes to goings on in Tulsa, but one of my all-time favorites takes place Feb. 25. It's the Holland Hall Book Fair, the annual literary extravaganza for word nerds.
I've been going to the Holland Hall Book Fair since I was a little girl, when my grandmother would give my sister and me each $5 to go wild with at the book fair. For me, it's a can't-miss event. Last year I picked up more than a dozen books for less than $20. It's a great bargain for families or anyone wishing to stock a personal library.
Look for rare books, children's books, videos and DVD's, puzzles and games at the fair.
Holland Hall Book Fair
When:
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 25
Where:
Holland Hall, 5666 E. 81st St.
Cost:
$1 per adult. Free admission for children.
If you have children, you've likely heard of Just Between Friends. Maybe you've heard people talk about the good deals they've found at "JBF." Well, this is it: Just Between Friends is the hugely popular children’s and maternity consignment event.
Now in its 15th year, JBF offers clothes, bedding, furniture and toys all at a deep discount. JBF organizers say this spring-summer sale will offer "everything needed to raise a child." That's just about right.
Just Between Friends
When:
1 to 7 p.m. March 4, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 5 to 9 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 10
Where:
Exchange Center Building at Expo Square, 21st Street and Yale Avenue
Cost:
$10 on Sunday only. Free admission all other days.
The BOK will become the hottest spot in town for toddlers the last week in March. Sesame Street Live is coming back to the BOK for a new show "Elmo Makes Music."
In this show, Elmo, Abby, Big Bird, Cookie Monster and all their friends make instruments out of their favorite toys. If you really want to impress your kids, pick up the VIP package with a preshow photo op and Sunny Seat special admission tickets.
Sesame Street Live
When:
7 p.m. March 29; 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. March 30; 10:30 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. March 31; and 1 and 4:30 p.m. April 1.
Where:
BOK Center, 2nd Street and Cincinnati Avenue
Cost:
All seats are $13 on opening night. For full ticket information, go to

Tulsa To Do
