Many say it was the tush-heard-round-the world. Well, seen round the world, I suppose.
Nevertheless, they say Duchess Kate's little sis, Pippa, notoriously stole the show on her Royal wedding day, wearing a gorgeous Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen white bridesmaid's dress.
Well, Pippa-fans are on high alert: You can purchase a version of the McQueen dress online for just over $1,600. No, not the
actual dress, worn my Pippa (get yourselves together, gentlemen). But a red, wool-crepe version that hits just below the knee on the fashion
site,
net-a-porter.
Correction. No you may not. By the time I got to the website, it was already sold out!
My next, obvious question was going to be, "Would you shell out a mini-fortune for this dress?" But now I suppose it's: Would you ever drop that kind of cash for a Pippa dress?
My answer would be, "Yes, yes, yes!"
If I had the cash, which I don't. But we're all playing fairy princess fantasy land anyway, so my answer sticks.
Just for the heck of it, and since we're playing pretend dress up, what do you think of the red Pippa dress?
