Associated Press reports “America’s Got Talent” judge
Sharon Osbourne has had a double mastectomy after learning she carries a gene that increases her risk of developing breast cancer.
Osbourne said that without the surgery, the odds are not in her favor.
“I don’t want to live the rest of my life with that shadow hanging over me,” said the 60-year-old who had colon cancer a decade ago.
“It’s not a ‘pity me,’ it’s a decision I made that’s got rid of this weight I was carrying around,” she said.
Girl Meets World?
Might we get to see who Cory and Topanga’s daughter takes after? According to
The Hollywood Reporter, we could.
The magazine recently reported that Disney is in the beginning stages of development on a spinoff from the hit series
“Boy Meets World.”Casting is in process, but it’s too early to find out whether Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel will reprise their roles as Cory and Topanga should the project make it to the pilot or series stage, THR reports.
“Boy Meets World” ran as part of ABC’s TGIF programming between 1993 and 2000, airing 158 episodes.
‘Member how Mr. Feeny mysteriously not only spent high school with Cory, Shawn and Topanga but college, too? That so doesn’t happen in real life but was very cool.
More developments from “7th Heaven” cast Beverley Mitchell – a.k.a. Rev. Camden’s melodramatic middle daughter Lucy – is pregnant.
PEOPLE reports “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” actress suspected something was up when, about four months ago, she developed a very strong sense of smell.
Mitchell and husband Michael Cameron expect their first child this April.
“Jess was one of the first to know (about the baby),” Mitchell told PEOPLE of her former castmate Jessica Biel who last month married Justin Timberlake. “It was really exciting to share that with Auntie Jess.”
Biel and Mitchell played sisters on 7th Heaven.

It looks like
TLC’s Left Eye may be taking the stage with bandmates
T-Boz and
Chilli after all, the U.K.’s
Metro reports.
Mind you, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, who died in a car accident in 2002, will be coming back via hologram.
Until now, this holographic appearance on the popular R&B group’s reunion tour was just a rumor, but now the band’s surviving members have confirmed they’ve been considering it.
“The hologram is something we talked about years ago. Obviously timing is everything, but we’re definitely talking about,” Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas told Metro.
“It will be hard on us, but I certainly think our fans would love to see it,” Thomas, 41, added. “I think we would probably pass out, and all of our fans would break down, but it’s amazing how real the hologram looks. It’s almost like you can touch the real person.
Neither the new album, which Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, 42, said will be “classic TLC,” nor the tour have a timeline yet. PEOPLE reports the two are also working on a biopic for VH1.
