I've only been to ONEOK Field three times, and all have been for work.
The last time I was there, I had an awesome Siegi's ...
I can carry a wonderful tune -- provided a bucket comes with it. A large bucket with sturdy handles.

A couple years ago, Fitness Guinea Pig attended Jeanne Franks' (pictured above) Total Barre Pilates course at Total Pilates.
I'll try to refrain from more bar/barre jokes (but if you have a good one, please share it).
As I wrote in this morning's paper, barre exercise -- with "barre" referring to the handrail used in ballet practices -- is growing in popularity, and is often described as incorporating elements of ballet, Pilates, even yoga.
I attended a barre class with the fabulous Joy McGill recently -- specifically, Rebekah Tennis' first barre class at Saint John Siegfried Health Club. It was awesome, totally kicked my rear -- and I'd love to attend another one, masochistic as that just sounded.
With the story, I included a list of other places in town where you can take a barre class: Carbon, Sculpt Tulsa and Total Pilates.
But did I leave one out? If so, where is it?
And have you attended a barre class? What did you think?
Peace, love and raising the barre ... XOXO
