AUSTIN, Texas -- What's ahead for Thursday? Possibly the biggest day for Oklahoma music ever at
South by Southwest music festival and conference.
In a first-ever SxSW-sponsored Okie-only music showcase, Dfest and The Oklahoma Film and Music Office join to bring Austin the Sax, Clogs and Rock N Roll showcase.
More than 1,200 music industry pros, musicians and music fans RSVP'd to this exclusive event, said Jen Clark of Dfest. It starts about 3 p.m. at The Palm Door, 401 Sabine St., in Austin.
Featured acts include Stars Go Dim, Colourmusic, Samantha Crain and the Midnight Shivers, Ryan Lindsey, The Uglysuit and more.
