This Thursday on the patio at the Brasserie, 3509 S. Peoria Ave., participants will take "The Wine Challenge," sponsored by Philbrook Museum of Art.
Guests may enter the blind tasting contest to see how well they are able to identify the differences in Old World and New World wines, quality levels, price points and the distinguishing components of the wines.
Prizes will be awarded, and guests will receive a $25 discount should they choose to stay for dinner at the Brasserie following the event.
"The Wine Challenge" will run 4-7 p.m., and it is a come-and-go affair. Cost is $50 Philbrook members, $60 nonmembers. For reservations, contact Karen Fraser at 918-748-5382 or kfraser@philbrook.org.
