TuesdayStarlight concertThe Starlight Band continues its free summer concerts this week with the jazz orchestra’s “Sinatra Tribute.”
All concerts will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesdays through the summer, in the amphitheater at the River West Festival Park, 2100 S. Jackson Ave., on the west bank of the Arkansas River.
Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic dinners and chairs or blankets. Concessions will be available.

ThursdaySummer’s Fifth NightThe 21st annual Summer’s Fifth Night concert series continues at Utica Square on Thursday. The concert series is free, and concerts are scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. every Thursday through Aug. 30.
This week’s concert will feature the Starr Fisher Ensemble for a night of variety R&B.
Story time in the gardenFor some outdoor, education fun, take the kids to the Linnaeus Teaching Garden in Woodward Park at 10 a.m. Thursday.
The gardeners will read a story revolving around nature. The event is free. Story times are every Thursday through August.
