Don’t blame a mistress, there wasn’t one, says sourceEarlier this week came the surprising news that actors
Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman are getting a divorce after 30 years of marriage and three kids together.
Though the sad fact that Hollywood marriages aren’t exactly pictures of stability isn’t new, many who’d expected 30 years to constitute, well, a picture of stability, were shocked.
Rumors have flown around that the split had all to do with infidelity, but a publicist and friend to DeVito told the
New York Daily News that that isn’t the case.
When asked whether a third party was what caused the break, Stan Rosenfield told the tabloid, “No, none.”

There's nothing like home

After receiving a bone marrow transplant last month, GMA co-anchor
Robin Roberts was finally able to go home this week.
Earlier this year, Roberts was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome, or MDS, a disease which attacks blood cells and bone.
The road to full recovery promises to be a long one, but walking into her living room, Roberts is said to have proclaimed, ‘There’s no place like home.’
“I am considered 21 days old,” writes Roberts on her GMA blog. “Remember when you brought your baby home for the first time? Your precious bundle didn't leave the house much and you were careful that anyone who came in contact with your child was healthy. So I will still be resting away from GMA until I'm given the all clear, but sleeping in my own bed again feels like a big victory.” ...

Michael Bolton to star in new ABC show
(AP)
Deadline reports Grammy-winning singer
Michael Bolton will executive produce and star as a fictional version of himself in a new ABC comedy series called “Michael Bolton's Daughter Is Destroying My Life.”
‘Michael Bolton’s Daughter’ centers around a young writer who’s accepted a job managing Bolton’s social media presence and, sort of like the title implies, Bolton’s daughter isn’t the easiest to get along with.
LiLo politics
(AP)
When reporters asked “Liz & Dick” actress
Lindsay Lohan about which presidential candidate she’ll cast her ballot for, Lohan said she just thinks “unemployment is really important. So as of now I think it's Mitt Romney."
And the news peg: LiLo plans on voting.
And while on the topic of Linds… After the 26-year-old actress called her dad for help during a screaming fight with mother Dina Lohan, the actress now says she lied about the falling out and that she and her mom are BFFs.
Sort of.
But late Tuesday was a different story when Lohan called dad Michael and prompted him to call the police and report a disturbance at his ex-wife’s home in Long Island, N.Y.
Lindsay had claimed Dina was using cocaine like the ‘devil.’ Anyway, yea, after Michael supposedly recorded his daughter’s distressed call and leaked it to the media, Linds did a 180 and said none of that happened and that Dina isn’t doing drugs.
I wonder if she calls her mother ‘mom’…or ‘Dina’.. I say ‘Dina.’ I can
so, hear her saying ‘Dina.’
The story gets long. Read more
