Here it is! The scoop to this weekend's most exciting musical adventures:

First:

DAN TYMINSKI BAND

A highlight of this year's Bluegrass and Chili Festival, dynamic on stage, down-to-earth off stage, Tyminski has the voice, instrumental chops and charisma to be counted among the most recognizable and popular male vocalists on today's bluegrass and country music scenes.

Yet his demeanor — low-key and laconically sly — ensures that all the accolades are the product of his innate gifts.

You'll likely recognize it as the singing voice of George Clooney in the Coen Brothers' Odyssean farce "O Brother, Where Art Thou?"

9:30 p.m. Saturday

Claremore Expo Center, 400 S. Veterans Parkway, Claremore

Free ($5 parking), all ages, tulsaworld.com/BluegrassChili

Second:

TONY BENNETT

He's the man behind the great American songbook — as well as an astute humanitarian, war veteran and painter. And Bennett's bringing his sparkling trademark voice to an evening lost in the stars at 8:30 p.m. at the Downstream Casino Resort in Quapaw, just northeast of Miami, Okla., on Saturday.

Bennett is the inaugural act for The Venue at the casino, a 6,000-plus-seat outdoor concert facility just off Interstate 44 where the Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri state borders meet.

Third:

THE COLLECTIVE

Resistance is futile, especially when it comes to Tulsa's quirky local coffeeshop and music venue nestled near the University of Tulsa. You will love it. The locally owned and operated shop celebrates its grand opening with local bands Ghosts, Stevedore, Cracker Wagon and Guardant, all performing for you and that hot, fresh cuppa joe.
