Once again, this weekend’s happenings revolve around the holidays.

“Christmas at the Movies”
Signature Symphony’s “Christmas at the Movies will be at the Tulsa Community College VanTrease PACE 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at the Broken Arrow PAC 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
Enjoy the music of classic Christmas movies like “Babes in Toyland,” “Holiday Inn,” “It’s a Wonderful Life,” “Miracle on 34th Street,” “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” “Home Alone” and “The Polar Express.” Mark and Kim Frie are the featured vocalists. Tickets are $15-$30 for the BA PAC show and $27.50-$49 for the VanTrease PACE performances. Tickets available at tulsaworld.com/mytix, 918-259-5778 or 918-595-7777.

Osage Christmas Celebration
This celebration at the Osage Casino Event Center, 951 W. 36 St. North, starts at 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The event benefits the Osage Nation Foundation. It will feature a silent auction, a buffet dinner at 7 p.m., and an 8:30 p.m. performance by Crystal Shawanda.
Tickets are $25, available at 918-699-7777 or tulsaworld.com/osagecasino.

Pop-up Shopping

If you’re still doing your holiday shopping, consider a stop at the pop-up shops in the downtown Deco District.
The stores — set up in the Thompson, Philcade, Enterprise and Ponca City Savings & Loan buildings along Boston Avenue between Fifth and Seventh streets — will be there through Dec. 28.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Among the items being sold are jewelry, books, cupcakes and dog treats.

Holiday lights
Plenty of holiday lights displays are still on. If you haven’t already, make a trip to Rhema Bible Church, 1025 W. Kenosha in Broken Arrow. This display — featuring 2 million lights and a 50-figure nativity scene, is on nightly through New Year’s Day from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. Free.
Another option, if you’re up for a short drive, is the Woolaroc Wonderland of Lights, at 1925 Woolaroc Ranch Road in Bartlesville. The lights are on 5-9 p.m. Fridays-Sundays through Dec. 23. More than 600,000 lights illuminate this annual event, and visitors can take a ride in a wagon or stroll through the grounds. $4 adults, $1 children (11-younger).

Shepherd’s Cross Living Nativity
Want a slightly different Christmas experience? Head to Shepherd’s Cross, 16792 E. 450 Road in Claremore, for this walk-through event reminiscent of the first Holy Christmas. The event features animals and live character portrayals that include Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, the wise men and angels. Spinning, weaving and wool-working demonstrations; craft activities; and complimentary apple cider and cookies are also part of the event. Free, with suggested donation of $3. Hours are 10 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and Dec. 20-22.
