Plenty is happening this weekend, from a show to wow your preschooler to a Bedlam run to test your school spirit.

The Wiggles
The Wiggles, a children’s entertainment group that formed in Australia in 1991, will be at the BOK Center 6:30 p.m. Friday. The Celebration tour is the final U.S. tour featuring the original four band members.

Bedlam run
Do you want to take your school spirit to the next level? The Bedlam Run, benefiting the OSU Alumni Association and the OU Club of Tulsa, will give you the chance to do that. The run, set for 7:30 a.m. Saturday in Tulsa’s Blue Dome District, features 5k and 10k options as well as a 1-mile fun run.
Registration is $30 and begins at 6:30 a.m. on race day at Second and Frankfort streets. Winners in 13 age categories will receive Bedlam Run cowbells. Music, food and activities will take place after the race.

Mud run
If you don’t mind getting dirty, sign up for the Tatur Mud Run. The run, featuring timed and untimed heats for kids and adults, will take place starting at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Mud Bowl across the Green Country Events Center, 12000 E. 31st St.
Runners will make their way through about 1.5 miles of muddy obstacles, including tummy crawls and tire dives.
Registration is $35-$50, and the run will benefit Oklahoma Firefighter’s Burn Camp.
Participants can register at RunnersWorld Tulsa, 4349 S. Peoria, until 5 p.m. Friday, July 27, or on-site up to 30 minutes before their scheduled race.

Kids triathlon
Kids are not forgotten this weekend. A Kids Triathlon will be held at McClure Park, 7440 E. Seventh St., starting at 8 a.m. Saturday. Kids ages 6 to 15 can participate in the long or short courses of the continuous swimming, biking and running challenge.
First time participants are encouraged to attend a pre-race workshop at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the McClure Center. Registration is $35 and can be done at the workshop or the day of the race from 6:45 to 7:30 a.m.

Cowboy celebration

American Cowboy Trade Days and the Celebration of the American Cowboy will be held Friday through Sunday at Whitaker Park in Pryor.
The event will include live period re-enactments, stage coach and buggy rides and food and entertainment. More than 70 western period merchandise vendors will be selling everything from handmade quilts and beads to guns and ropes

Tulsa Zoo
It’s hot outside, but “The Big Chill” at the zoo can help. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, kids can enjoy the zoo’s inflatable water slides all day for just $5. To beat the heat, you can also make use of the zoo’s early summer hours, starting at 7 a.m.
