Wanenmacher’s Tulsa Arms Show returns to the QuikTrip Center at Expo Square this weekend.

More than 4,100 exhibits of antique and modern firearms, knives, swords and accessories will be on display and for sale from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

General-interest exhibits will include wildlife and western art, bronze work and jewelry.

Actor and artist Buck Taylor will be the event’s celebrity guest. Taylor is best known for his roles as gunsmith Newly O’Brien on the television series “Gunsmoke.” He also had roles on “Dallas” and “The Monroes,” and was a guest star in more than 100 other television episodes. His film work includes “Tombstone” and “Gettysburg.”
Buck is also known as a western watercolor artist. He will bring many of his prints and paintings to Tulsa for the first time.

The NRA National Firearms Museum will present a display, “Famous and Fancy Six-Guns,” which will feature famous guns owned by Jesse James and Theodore Roosevelt as well as engraved and decorated six-shooters.
Admission is $10 for adults and $3 for children, or free with the purchase of a new NRA membership at the door.
