The Fancy Food Show in San Francisco ends today, but already trendspotters have selected the top food trends for 2010.
A panel of experts including Joanne Weir and editors from Chow, Better Homes & Gardens and The Food Channel walked and tasted from the hundreds of booths and came up with the top five trends you can expect to see in gourmet food and the "fancy food" aisles of the grocery store.
The trends are:

- Coconut
- Gluten-free
- Exotic citrus
- Nostalgia foods
Others identified are fermented foods, including pickled everything, smoked foods, including numerous new twists on bacon, and snacks for grown-ups such as spicy popcorn and baked potato chips with jalapeno.
