Tulsa gets its first Jimmy John restaurant

Jimmy John, a national chain featuring gourmet sandwiches, opened its first Tulsa store at 1931 S. Yale Ave. just a few days ago.

If you have run into Jimmy John restaurants in other cities, you know its sandwiches have some clever names -- Billy Club, Country Club, Beach Club, Bootlegger Club and Totally Tuna, to name a few.

Jimmy John is open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

Interesting location since it is within about two blocks of a McAllister's Deli. That area may not be big enough for the both of them.

Any chance of a review, I know that this isn't all that high brow of an eatery but I would be curious to know if it is at least worth a stop.
Sure. Keep an eye on Weekend the next few weeks.
