Jason Graae
Jason Graae's career has ranged from playing oboe with the Tulsa Youth Symphony to being a part of the original cast of "Forever Plaid" to recurring roles on TV series such as "Six Feet Under" to starring in musicals on Broadway and in Los Angeles.
He is currently performing with Tony Award-winning actress Faith Prince in a show titled "The Prince and the Show Boy," running through Saturday at 54 Below, a just-opened cabaret theater located in the basement of what used to be Studio 54.
Stephen Holden writes in the New York Times that the show "reminded once again that vaudeville never died. The Prince of the title is Faith Prince and the Show Boy is Jason Graae, who, although hardly a boy, conveys the brashness of a mouthy hyperactive teenager. Both are vaudevillians to the bone.
"These unabashed hams who met years ago while attending the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music and have since amassed an impressive list of Broadway credits, are a well-matched pair of competitive scene stealers."
