The United States swim team is drumming up support for its upcoming Olympic competitions and using pop tune "Call Me Maybe" to help.

Team USA, which will start its 2012 Summer Olympic swimming competition Saturday in London, took time off from practice laps and pool time to lip-sync to Carley Rae Jepsen's catchy tune poolside, under water, on an airplane and in the locker room.

In this video, posted by usaswimming.org.com Thursday on YouTube.com, the whole team gets in on the act, including swimmers Alyssa Anderson, Kathleen Hersey and Caitlin Leverenz who coordinated the effort. And, yes, top rivals and teammates Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte make an appearance.

Olympics swimming competition coverage starts at 4 a.m. Saturday on NBC, channel 2, cable 9.

So sing along with Team USA.
