For the fifth consecutive year, country celebrities Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will host the Country Music Association Awards.

"Country music's biggest night" will air live 7 p.m. Nov. 1 on the ABC network, the official website shows.

Both also performed last year, though neither artist walked away with any big awards. This year's full list of nominees and performers soon will be announced.

The pair were already cutting up on Twitter. "Hanging out with @bradpaisley today," Underwood tweeted. "Just caught him in my make up chair. #suchadiva."

Paisley has won 14 CMA Awards and is No. 5 on the list of top CMA Award winners of all time.

Checotah native Underwood has won five CMA Awards, including three Female Vocalist trophies, since 2006.

Norman-born Vince Gill holds the title for the longest tenure as CMA Awards host. He led the show from 1992 to 2003.
