We went to Weber's, Pennington's. Where did you hang out?

In my review in today's Weekend on Weber's Superior Root Beer, I mentioned my group of baby boomers, largely from Edison, Central and Memorial high schools, spent a crazy amount of time hanging out around Weber's and Pennington's Drive-In.
I'm pretty sure Boots Drive-In was the hot spot for Hale and Rogers kids, although I could get corrected on that. Then I also got to thinking: I don't have a clue where kids from East Central, Webster and Booker T. chose to hang out. Not to mention those from the metro area schools, most of which were quite small back then.
And with most of those great places gone, where do high-schoolers congregate today? Or do they?
If anyone can shed some light on that, please share.

Boots usually, and every so often, Shaky's Pizza (in the kids side).
In the summertime...BELL'S. We could go and sit under the globe, spend all evening there, and never spend a dime.

Here's how David Averill, one of our editorial writers, remembers the scene:
Boots was mostly Hale kids. Rogers had Miller's Drive-In at Admiral and Harvard. Rogers kids also hung out at Cottons, almost to the traffic circile on Admiral, although it was "hoody."
I believe Booker T. kids went to the Hornet Drive-In on north Peoria. I recall a drive-in very clost to Webster, but I can't recall the name.
Pennington's, of course, was the United Nations of drive-ins -- everybody from every school cruised it.
