TULSA TO DO
All but one of this week's picks for things to do in Tulsa are free. And, that one exception? It's just $7 for an Irish dinner. ...
You're not going to run out of things to do this weekend. It will be easy to keep yourself, and the kids, busy with happenings ...
A friend told me he had thought more about Woody Guthrie in the last few days than he had his whole life.
It's no wonder. ...

You won't find much in the way of produce at the market in the winter, but you will find farm-fresh eggs, cheese, honey and hormone-free beef and pork.
Many times I've heard people say they wish Tulsa had a year-round farmers market. And sometimes, I forget that we actually have one.
Tuesdays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Downtown Tulsa Farmers Market is the place for farm-fresh eggs, hormone-free beef and pork, cheese and honey. There's not much in the way of produce in these winter months, but it's still a great place to find locally made products.
Even if you don't know your way around the kitchen, the market is a nice place for an outing or to grab lunch. Buy a hot dog or polish sausage, and walk around to check out the vendors. Even those who don't care so much about food might like the booths with butterfly houses, bird feeders, bath and body products and handmade shawls.
Downtown Tulsa Farmers MarketWhen: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays
Where: Third Street and Boston Avenue
