What's your favorite holiday song?

Santa looked a lot like Col. Sanders.
Much as I love the traditional hymns sung at Christmas, my sentimental favorite Christmas song is "Santa Looked A Lot Like Daddy" by Buck Owens.
I told y'all about that in my Tuesday column, then asked you to tell me what YOUR favorite is. By the way, has anyone else heard that Buck Owens song I'm talking about? I never hear it on the radio.
Peace, love and Buck ... XOXO

Mine is "God Bless America" especially when it played on the 4th of July holiday...close second would be "I'm proud to be an American" also on the 4th of July holiday.
Oh, I'm sorry!!! I understand now, you're asking the "POLITICALLY CORRECT" way what is my favorite CHRISTMAS song?????
"Oh Holy Night" then!
And for Memorial Day Holiday..."Courtesy of the RED, WHITE, and BLUE"!!! And for the Labor Day Holiday...."Take this job and shove it"!!!...and for the Lincoln Birthday Holiday..."Battle Hymn of the Republic"!!! And for the Easter Holiday..."Hallejuah chorus"...and for the other HOLIDAYS...."Say what you mean, and mean what you say!!!!""A song that Jason might play before his next "Holiday" headline!!!!

Holiday, at least in this particular instance, is a synonym for Christmas. There was no political message here, Domo.

Living Wright
While other kids were watching "The Smurfs," Scene Writer Jason Ashley Wright was tuned in to "Style with Elsa Klensch." By fourth grade, he knew he wanted to write, and spent almost three years publishing a weekly teen-oriented magazine, Teen-Zine -- circulation: 2. After earning a degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi, he became the medical reporter and teen board coordinator for the Hattiesburg (Miss.) American, a Gannett newspaper. Eight months later, with visions of Elsa dancing in his head, he applied for the fashion writer position at the Tulsa World, where he began working on Aug. 3, 1998. He is now a general assignment reporter for Scene.
