Where are the great tamales?

In my review of the new Fiesta Mambo restaurant in Broken Arrow I mentioned that its housemade tamales are pretty darn good, a fair amount of pulled pork, not too much masa and good flavor.

Where else can one find above average tamales made in the restaurant kitchen? Most of the ones we run across obviously are from a food provider, and the quality is not impressive. If we get enough suggestions, maybe we could do a comparison.

I miss Josie's.

Have you ever tried the Cancun International Restaurant at 7th & Lewis.

Have not tried the Tamales but can vouch for their Burritos. It is authentic Mexican. Very reasonable. It's a small no frills restaurant with a good menu. You can google it.
Elote has great chicken and vegetarian tamales, but the secret is the salsa verde or sweet potato sauce they're smothered in.
