That's one of the questions posed in an email questionnaire you may have seen this holiday season -- one of those "getting to know you" things I allude to in my Tuesday column. Anyway, in case you haven't seen the yuletide version of this quiz, here ya go -- a 10- or 15-minute distraction from work responsibilities. FYI: I didn't write this. Enjoy!

*******************************************

Welcome to the Christmas edition of getting to know your friends. OK, here's what you're supposed to do, and try not to be a Scrooge! Just copy this entire email, and paste into a new e-mail that you can send. Change all the answers so that they apply to you. Then send this to a whole bunch of people you know, including the person that sent it to you. 'Tis the season to be nice -- and sometimes naughty.

3. Do you enjoy caroling?

4. When do you take the tree down?

5. Do you like eggnog?

6. Favorite gift(s) received as a child?

9. Hardest person to buy for?

8. Easiest person to buy for?

9. Do you have a nativity scene?

10. Mail or email Christmas cards?

20. Angel on the tree top or a star?

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning?

22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year?

23. Favorite ornament theme or color?

24. Favorite for Christmas dinner?

25. What do you want for Christmas this year?

26. Who is most likely to respond to this?

27. Who is least likely to respond to this?

28. Favorite thing about Christmas?

29. Favorite holiday catalog?

30. Do you hang a wreath on your front door?

31. Favorite holiday tradition?

32. Favorite holiday beverage?

How terrible is it that I couldn't answer half of these questions because I'm a Scrooge?? Maybe I should put on my Happy Elf Hat and suck it up this year... BAH!
Peace Love and Can't-Wait-For-It-To-End!! XOXO

Living Wright

While other kids were watching "The Smurfs," Scene Writer Jason Ashley Wright was tuned in to "Style with Elsa Klensch." By fourth grade, he knew he wanted to write, and spent almost three years publishing a weekly teen-oriented magazine, Teen-Zine -- circulation: 2. After earning a degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi, he became the medical reporter and teen board coordinator for the Hattiesburg (Miss.) American, a Gannett newspaper. Eight months later, with visions of Elsa dancing in his head, he applied for the fashion writer position at the Tulsa World, where he began working on Aug. 3, 1998. He is now a general assignment reporter for Scene.
